So last weekend I tried a new craft - polymer clay.
I went to a fabulous craft course at The Old School Campsite home of Gifted Crafts (www.giftedcrafts.co.uk) run by the fabulous Rachel.
It was a two day course starting with the basics of how to prepare polymer clay, how to combine colours in different ways, along with more complicated canes and extruded clay.
The two days flew by it was that much fun, Rachel was a fabulous tutor and we made so many things. She does one-to-one teaching or you can book with a group of friends. There are courses on knitting, crochet, enamelling, Silver clay, pewter casting, bookbinding, drawing and laser cutting.
If you don't want to camp onsite , we stayed at the lovely Stipperstones View in Shelve about 5 minutes drive away
